This workshop offers you the chance to:

  • Feel Your Emotions: By using movement, we let go of the thinking mind and allow ourselves to process various emotions through the body, releasing stuck, stagnant energy.

  • Heal Gently: Somatic movement helps you navigate your emotions without judgment, fostering deep inner healing.

  • Transform Radically: Shift your emotional patterns and ignite a new, empowered YOU! This practice and workshop will leave you feeling rejuvenated, aligned, and deeply connected to your inner strength and joy.

  • Connect Deeply: Join a supportive community of amazing beings on their own journey to self-discovery and empowerment, enhancing your experience with shared purpose and understanding.

    Time: 1:30-4pm ET

    Location: The Chi Hive, Main Street, Narrowsburg NY

    What You Need

    • An Open Mind

    • Comfortable Clothes (layers work best)

    • Water Bottle

    • Pen & Paper (or journal)

    • Mats and blankets provided.

    Space is limited and must be reserved in advance.

    Snack is included.

    We dance on our bare feet. If you need to wear shoes, please bring a very clean pair with you. Street shoes not permitted.

    Time: 7-9:30pm ET

    Details to Note

    • Open to women of all ages, body types, sexual orientations, and gender expressions — regardless of race, ethnicity, migratory status, disability/abilities, and socioeconomic background.

    • This is a sacred and supportive space and a judgment-free zone — come as you are.

    • You can dance in community with your camera on or keep your camera off — the choice is yours.

    • I'll offer movement suggestions, but you are free to dance and move as you wish.

    • The replay will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

    What You Need

    • An Open Mind

    • A Space to Move/Dance

    • Internet Access to Connect via Zoom

    • Comfortable Clothes (layers work best)

    • A Lightweight/Flowy Scarf (used in the dance)

    • Water

    • Tissues

    • 1-2 Blankets and/or Yoga Mat

    • Pen & Paper (or journal)

    • Headphones/Earbuds (preferred)

  • While everyone will have their own unique experience, here's a glimpse of what to expect:

    Discovery through Dance: You'll explore the range of your emotions, identifying those that flow freely and those that present challenges, all while maintaining an open heart and a curious mind.

    Joy & Love as a Foundation: You'll learn to leverage joy and love as resilient, baseline emotions, teaching you to remain centered even in tumultuous times.

    Expression & Release: You'll find a powerful outlet for your emotions, allowing for profound expression and the release of pent-up feelings.

    Being Present: You'll let go of the past and the future, allowing yourself to be fully present with what's here and present in the now.

    Empowerment through Movement: You'll explore self-love, self-expression, and sensuality, creating a surge of positive, feel-good energy within.

    New Neural Pathways Opening: You'll rewire your brain towards more positive patterns and responses, paving the way for lasting change.

    Deep Connection: You'll create a strong bond with your inner self, connect deeply with others, and tap into the collective energy of the group, enhancing your journey toward self-discovery.

Welcome

I’m Danielle – your JourneyDance™ Facilitator.


As a Certified Mindset Coach, JourneyDance™ Facilitator, passionate Moonologer, and Kundalini Dance Facilitator, my mission is to empower women who carry the weight of childhood and life traumas by offering support on their healing journeys using somatic practices and holistic tools for transformation.

My journey into the realm of personal transformation and wellness began after years of battling emotional storms, feeling hopelessly anchored in place by the unresolved childhood trauma that silently dictated my entire life — relationships, parenting, thoughts, patterns, behaviors, and beliefs.⁠

⁠At the time, I just thought it was stress, anxiety, and overwhelm from life. I wasn't connecting the dots to my past.⁠

After trying talk therapy, I knew I wanted and needed to dive deeper into learning and understanding, so I found my way to mindset work.

I needed to dig deep and find better solutions — and I did. The tools taught to me were life-altering.

Mindset work cracked me open, getting to the root of my issues. ⁠It was my early childhood trauma still affecting my life and, subsequently, my business.⁠

Which then led me further on my healing journey…⁠

⁠Though working on my mindset was key, I knew something was missing.

I knew I needed another layer of healing, and my gut said “movement.”⁠

⁠So, I researched and explored therapeutic movement and threw myself into JourneyDance™ (a somatic practice), where I once again had life-altering experiences — trance-like moments that moved me to tears and further cracked me open.⁠

I found my confidence and my voice. I was more connected to my mind and body than ever.

I found my medicine.⁠

It was everything I was looking for and more.

JourneyDance™ is like therapy on the dance floor.

It’s an invitation to connect with yourself deeply, allowing all emotions to be present and honored.

It’s about meeting yourself where you are at that moment in time.

It’s healing and it’s fun.

And the only way you’ll ever fully understand it is to experience it for yourself.
