Hi there. I’m Danielle.

After almost a lifetime of letting my little t and big T trauma control my life, I had an awakening and gained a deep awareness of myself.

It was like a lightbulb went off when I started unpeeling the layers of my life — the lens through which I view the world, the impact my childhood trauma has had on all aspects of my life and business, my self-sabotaging patterns, perfectionism, people-pleasing, pent up resentment, anger, rage, overgiving, over committing, putting myself last.

I could go on…

So I threw myself into learning, healing, and growing.

I got certified in the practices that changed my life.

I became a JourneyDance™ Facilitator, certified Mindset Coach, and Somatic Stress Release Practitioner (in training).

I have used, practiced, and been trained in all the modalities within this wellness toolkit. Many are part of my daily and weekly practice keeping me balanced and mentally and physically fit.

I strive to embody this work — and to share it with you in this Membership.

  • Yes. While your experience will be different, you’ll still enjoy yourself and go on an incredible journey working with parts of your body that are easier to move.

    You can take it slow and go at your own pace.

    Move and dance from a chair or bed – whatever is best and most supportive for you.
