A Celebration of Love & Liberation
A Pride JourneyDance® —Love Is Love. And Love Moves.
In a world that still tries to police identity and silence truth, taking up space in your body — with joy, with power, with pride — is a radical act.
“Love Is Love. And Love Moves.” is a sacred invitation to reclaim your truth and embody the whole, beautiful spectrum of who you are.
Join us Sunday, June 29, from 12–1:30pm ET for a live, virtual JourneyDance® that honors the LGBTQIAP2S+ community through guided movement, emotional release, and collective celebration.
This is where queerness meets embodiment.
Where dance becomes resistance.
Where radical joy becomes a path to healing.
Together, we rise — one step, one breath, one beat at a time.
When we move the body, we move truth.
Every step dissolves shame. Every breath awakens belonging.
Movement becomes medicine. Embodiment becomes liberation.
And every beat becomes a declaration:
I am here. I am whole. I am free.
This experience is an invitation to:
Shake loose what’s heavy — the weight of being misunderstood, erased, policed, or made to shrink. Rage, grief, fear, and the pressure to “explain” yourself — let it all move.
Anchor into presence — when the world’s noise makes you want to disappear. Come home to you.
Feel it all — unapologetically — the ache of being unseen, the tenderness of being fully known, the anger that says “I deserve more.” No need to filter here. Every part belongs.
Choose joy — defiantly — not as a mask, but as medicine. Pleasure, play, and queer joy are sacred. You don’t have to earn it. It’s yours.
Send love outward — from your beautifully complex heart, knowing that every moment you choose healing, you create ripples of liberation.
Move in community — where no one asks you to explain your identity or tone yourself down. Your body, your truth, your rhythm — witnessed, honored, celebrated.
Whether you’re queer, questioning, or an ally — this JourneyDance® is for YOU!
Come as you are. Leave more of who you are.

What to Expect
JourneyDance® is a guided somatic movement practice that invites you to move intuitively — releasing tension, emotion, and stagnancy.
There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong — just your body, your breath, and your truth.
Cameras can be on or off. You are welcome exactly as you are.
You may laugh. You may cry. You may lie down and do nothing.
This is your space to be.
Together, we co-create a field of healing that reaches far beyond our Zoom room.
Because when we allow our fabulous queer selves to express fully — and when allies gather in solidarity — the ripple moves through the world.
Together, we’ll dance, sound, breathe, and send out our energetic intent — and a loud, clear message:
We will not be forced into silence.
We will not be erased.
Me and my amazing wife, Jennifer.
Welcome
I’m Danielle – Your Host and Somatic Movement Facilitator.
Hi, I’m Danielle — JourneyDance® facilitator, certified mindset coach, and a proud queer woman devoted to supporting trauma healing through body-based, holistic practices.
I’ve been happily married to my wife and best friend for 13 years (together for 18), and we’ve raised two incredible kids — now 24 and almost 22.
We’ve always lived like our love is normal, because it is. But I also know that’s not the reality for everyone.
As someone with more of a “femme look,” I’m often read as a straight woman. And while that perception can offer certain privileges — and even safety in some situations — it’s not a true reflection of who I am.
I know what it’s like to feel safe in some rooms and judged as “different” in others.
I’m also acutely aware of the moments when my queerness is felt — when the energy shifts, when I’m treated differently.
And while I’ve only experienced a fraction of what so many in our community endure, I carry that awareness with me — and it shapes how I hold space.
That’s why I care deeply about creating spaces where no one has to shrink, perform, or explain their way into belonging — spaces that honor all of who you are, in your wholeness, your fluidity, your fire.
My queerness doesn’t define all of my story — but it shapes the way I hold space: with softness, with strength, with room for every part of you to be seen.
And my passion for this work doesn’t come only from identity — it comes from lived experience.
Like so many women, I spent years carrying the weight of unresolved childhood trauma.
It shaped everything — how I showed up in relationships, how I parented, how I talked to myself, and how I moved through the world.
I didn’t always recognize it as trauma.
For a long time, I thought I was just stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed.
Talk therapy helped me begin to unravel it — but it wasn’t until I found somatic practices that the deeper healing began.
That’s when I started coming back to my body. To my breath. To myself.
Now, through JourneyDance®, coaching, and holistic tools, I support others in doing the same — healing what’s been buried, reconnecting with their bodies, and reclaiming their power — gently, bravely, in community.
Because trauma may shape us, but it doesn’t get to define us.
Whether you’re queer, straight, questioning, or an ally — this dance is for you.
Come as you are. Leave more of who you are.
— Danielle
